A tenacious and seasoned litigator, Ron focuses his practice on business, real estate, construction defect and design professional litigation. Ron's twenty-five years of litigation experience makes him truly at home in the courtroom. He has obtained a Martindale-Hubbel "AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5" rating, the highest rating awarded to attorneys, and has four published opinions, including Briano v. Conseco. Ron always "thinks outside the box" in an effort to provide superior results and to keep his client's costs to a minimum. Accordingly, Ron's litigation strategy generally allows his clients to obtain outstanding results regardless of whether the case settles or a trial is necessary.
Ron has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at his church and is currently serving on the Corporation Board of his Fraternity at UCLA. An athelete, Ron enjoys motocross, ice hockey, running, and snow boarding. Ron is also an accomplished rock guitarist, although his true love is classical music. He is an avid car buff, having participated in many auto shows and concours events.
